The Kent project was successfully migrated from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9, involving the migration of 40,000 pages. Leading a team of two developers, I wrote several custom migration scripts for this process.

One notable achievement was the development of a custom script converting Panels to Layout Builder, reducing manual effort by 80%. This multisite project includes 21 themes, with each group having its own distinct theme.

We utilized Drupal's Layout Builder module extensively to enhance usability for content editors, ensuring efficient content management across all themes.
