Hi, I'm Shruti Kadam, a Senior Drupal Developer with 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Originally from India, I relocated to the United States two years ago and currently reside in Ashburn, Virginia. I hold a Master's Degree and have worked with respected companies such as Capgemini, Digital API Craft, Oneorigin, and currently, Kollabio.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in building and maintaining scalable architectures, with a focus on backend development. In my roles, I've not only worked as a developer but also taken on leadership and mentorship responsibilities. As a Senior Drupal Developer, Technical Lead, and Technologist, I have guided and built Drupal teams, ensuring high standards of quality and performance. I've also served as a Scrum Master and an Internal Product Owner, successfully leading projects, managing agile processes, and contributing to product strategy and development.

My technical expertise includes writing complex logic and engaging in research and development to innovate and improve solutions. I thrive in challenging environments that allow me to solve problems and implement efficient solutions.

Outside of my professional work, I am passionate about creative activities. I enjoy paper crafts, creating detailed Mandala art, and dancing, which helps me relax and stay active.
